Christopher later worked in various roles at Covenant Living Communities and Services, including Vice-President of Dining Operations and Director of Acquisitions Integration. Blair also worked as a Management Consultant/Partner at Eleven11 Associates, Inc., where they played a key role in revitalizing Hotel Coral Reef. Christopher co-founded DoubleBee Enterprises, Inc., where they successfully oversaw the start-up and development of restaurant franchises. Throughout their career, Blair demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, driving growth and profitability in each role.
