Francesca Vittoria

Francesca Vittoria has extensive experience in human resources. Francesca started their career as a Human Resources Executive Team Leader at Target in 2006 and worked there until 2017. After that, they joined LogistiCare as a Human Resources Manager from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are employed as the Regional Director of Human Resources at Covenant Living Communities and Services, starting in December 2020.

Francesca Vittoria's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Florida International University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology, which they completed in 2012. Following this, they pursued further education at Nova Southeastern University from 2013 to 2015 and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Francesca'seducational journey continued as they enrolled at Nova Southeastern University once again in 2020 and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education - EdD degree in Organizational Leadership, which is expected to be completed by 2025.
