Melanie Land

Melanie Land is a seasoned professional in memory care and resident services, currently serving as SAIDO Master and Memory Care Training and Community Oversight Manager at Covenant Living Communities and Services since January 2016. Melanie's previous roles include Director of Resident Services and Life Enrichment Director within the same organization. Prior experience includes the position of Director of Activities at MANORCARE–DENVER and Community Resources Coordinator, as well as Fitness & Rehab Specialist at Erickson Living, where recognition was received as Employee of the Month multiple times and Employee of the Year in 2011. Earlier, Melanie worked as a Program Specialist for the City of Thornton, Colorado. Melanie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science with a focus on Health Promotion from Colorado State University between 2004 and 2007.
