Melinda Scott

Melinda Scott has extensive work experience in the senior living and healthcare industry. Melinda began their career at Holleran in 1998, where they served as President until 2006. Following that, they joined Willow Valley Communities as Vice President of Marketing and Sales from 2006 to 2012. Melinda then moved on to Sodexo Senior Living, where they worked as Vice President of Systems Business Development from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Melinda joined Holleran again, this time in a role focused on new ventures. Melinda then transitioned to Covenant Living Communities and Services in 2015, initially serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing until 2017. After that, they took on the role of Regional Sales Director until their recent promotion to Associate Vice President of Insights and Engagement in July 2022.
