Mia Leibow

Mia Leibow has over 30 years of work experience, with a diverse background in finance and management roles. Mia currently holds the position of Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis at Covenant Living Communities and Services, a role they have held since August 2020. Prior to this, they were an Associate Vice President in the same company from 2017 to 2020.

Before joining Covenant Living Communities and Services, Mia worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as the Director of Supply Chain Finance Integration Project from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they successfully led a team of finance and IT professionals to deliver business process change, system changes, and change management related to the Kraft/Heinz integration.

From 2013 to 2015, Mia worked at Kraft Foods Group as the Director of Manufacturing Accounting and Financial Planning. In this role, they led a centralized Operations Finance team and coordinated the budgeting process for manufacturing facilities and business unit cost teams.

Mia also has extensive experience at Kraft Foods, where they held various roles from 1994 to 2013. These roles included Director of Financial Resources Group, Sr. Manager of Operations Strategy Finance, and positions within the Cheese Business Unit.

Earlier in their career, Mia held multiple roles at IVAC Corporation, Division of Eli Lilly, and worked as a Senior Auditor and Staff Auditor at Coopers and Lybrand.

Mia Leibow holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
