Tina Johannessen

Tina Johannessen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Tina is currently the National HR Director at Covenant Living Communities and Services, overseeing HR integration for acquisitions and leading the HR aspects of the organization's rebranding efforts. Previously, they worked as a Senior HR Manager at Panduit Corporation, providing HR leadership to global manufacturing units and corporate groups. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at MetoKote Corporation, responsible for HR activities and implementing ISO-9000 compliance. Tina also served as the Human Resources Manager at Fourth Presbyterian Church, where they established and led HR functions and handled reorganizations. Additionally, Tina completed a Human Resources International Internship at China Steel Corporation in Taiwan.

Tina Johannessen pursued their higher education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. From 1993 to 1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, focusing on Psychology and Sociology. Tina then went on to earn a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, which they completed in 1998. Tina Johannessen also acquired the certification of Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2001.
