Doug Neff

Doug Neff has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Doug is currently serving as the Partner, Chief Delivery Officer & People Lead at Covenant Technology Partners since February 2018. Prior to joining Covenant Technology Partners, Doug Neff worked as the Vice President Business Services at OCI from February 2016 to January 2018. Doug was responsible for business development and capability expansion in areas such as Blockchain Technologies, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and Open Source Solutions. Throughout their time at OCI, Doug served as a key liaison between business and technical personnel to deliver specific business solutions and value.

From January 2008 to January 2016, Doug Neff held the position of Vice President Business Technologies at Oakwood Systems Group. Doug had various responsibilities within Oakwood, primarily focused on business and technology areas in the St. Louis region and Midwest. These included SharePoint, BizTalk, Business Intelligence, and Application Development practices.

Before Oakwood Systems Group, Doug Neff served as the STL Branch Delivery Manager at Daugherty Business Solutions from April 2005 to January 2008.
