Rachel Palya

Rachel Palya, MPA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in developing customized technology solutions and managing safety systems. Currently serving as a Manager and Senior Consultant at Covenant Technology Partners since April 2021, Rachel specializes in utilizing Microsoft Power Platform components and enhancing Microsoft 365 capabilities. Previous roles include positions at PDC Energy, Inc., where Rachel was a Senior EHS Systems Specialist, and at Black Hills Corporation, where responsibilities included managing corporate communication and safety training programs. Rachel's diverse background includes teaching English, coordinating educational programs, and various administrative roles, complemented by a Master's degree in Public Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
