Bradley Harvey is an experienced IT professional, currently serving as the IT Service Desk Manager at Covenant since October 2018, following a role as Team Lead. Prior experience includes positions at National Aerospace Solutions, LLC, and self-employment in the IT sector. Bradley also worked as Support Manager at Pioneer Technology, managing daily operations of the Support Desk on an ITIL foundation, as well as IT Services Manager at Mueller Co., where contributions to major projects enhanced productivity and disaster recovery efforts. Earlier roles include Systems Administrator and Level 2 Support at Shaw Industries, focusing on IT infrastructure monitoring and support. Bradley holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Chattanooga State Technical Community College, obtained from 2002 to 2005, and graduated from East Ridge High School in 2002.
