Jarrod Ricker

Jarrod Ricker's work experience includes their current position as Vice President of Logistics Engineering at Covenant, where they have been since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Operations and Senior Logistics Engineer at the same company. Before joining Covenant, Jarrod worked at Walmart Distribution Center as a Quality Assurance/Systems Manager, Performance Visibility Operations Manager, and Area Manager. Their earliest roles were at Exel, where they served as an Operations Manager, Operations Systems Supervisor, and Operations Supervisor.

Jarrod Ricker attended East Tennessee State University from 2006 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
