With extensive experience in environmental services management, Crystal has held previous positions such as Environmental Services and Transportation Manager and Operations Manager at Aramark, managing cleanliness and safety standards in healthcare settings. Crystal's background also includes roles as a Custodial Supervisor at J Sargeant Reynolds Community College and Area Manager at Kings Dominion, among others. A strong educational foundation in business administration and entrepreneurship complements Crystal's practical experience in managing teams and ensuring highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism across various facilities.

Covenant Woods has been serving the needs of seniors in the Richmond area for more than 137 years. Today, in the beautiful natural environment of our 96 acre campus in Hanover County, we provide an amenities-rich community with extensive programs and services that contribute to the health and independence of those who live here. Covenant Woods is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation led by a volunteer Board. As a Life Plan Community, the majority of our residents reside in independent living apartments or cottages and lead active lives.
