Mike Scheff has 25 years of culinary experience, with 18 years focused on senior living. Mike has held various positions in dining and culinary services, including director and general manager roles. Mike is currently the Director of Dining Services at Covenant Woods and is known to be motivated by challenges that others find difficult to overcome. Mike has a background in culinary education from the New York Restaurant School and has also attended Tottenville High School and the University of Phoenix.
