Jaquala Riggins currently serves as a Program Integrity Analyst II at CoventBridge Group, where responsibilities include conducting independent reviews of potential fraud or abuse and utilizing data analysis techniques to identify patterns and anomalies. Prior experience includes working as a Medical Malpractice Investigator for the Florida Department of Health, managing complex investigations within strict timelines. Jaquala also has entrepreneurial experience founding TEAM BEAUTY, focusing on community partnerships and nutritional education, and served as an Executive Team Lead in Asset Protection at Macy's, overseeing risk mitigation and compliance audits. Jaquala holds a Master of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Thiel College.
