Dale Brooks

Dale Brooks, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Rate Management and Network Relations at Coventry Workers' Comp Services since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing contract rate loading for multiple networks and overseeing a team handling Medicare-based contract data. Prior to this role, Dale held various positions at Coventry Health Care, an Aetna Company, from October 2012 to February 2022, including leadership roles overseeing support teams and implementing process improvements using Six Sigma and Lean techniques, resulting in significant efficiency gains. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of South Florida and a Master of Business Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Leo University.
