Claire Dearman ACIPD, CeMAP has extensive experience in the financial services sector, primarily with Coventry Building Society since February 2014, where roles have included Head of Agile Practice, Senior Leadership and Talent Development Manager, Learning and Development Operations Manager, Learning and Development Team Leader, and Building Society Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Building Society Manager at The West Brom from October 2012 to February 2014, Development Manager at Old Yarr Partnership LLP from February 2010 to October 2012, and Branch Manager at Yorkshire Bank from March 2001 to May 2010.
