Kirsty Bowen Fiic McIpr

Kirsty Bowen FIIC MCIPR is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Colleague Experience at Coventry Building Society since November 2013. In this role, Kirsty leads internal communications, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and wellbeing functions, while also engaging with executive and senior leaders to deliver change communications and support Society objectives.
