Adam Batstone

Adam Batstone is a dedicated professional in youth football development, currently serving as the Academy Psychologist (In Training with BASES SEPAR) and U13/14 Lead Coach at Coventry City Football Club since January 2013. This full-time role enhances Adam's ability to plan and evaluate coaching sessions for the youth development phase, building on previous experience as a part-time coach responsible for boys' development. Prior to Coventry City, Adam worked as a Technical Skills Coach at Coerver Coaching, focusing on individual technique and attacking principles. Adam holds an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of Staffordshire, a BSc in Sport Fitness and Coaching from The Open University, and a Diploma of Higher Education from Coventry University.
