Ryan Penny has extensive experience in sports science and physical performance, currently serving as the Head of Academy Physical Performance, Head of Academy Sport Science & Medical, and Lead Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach at Coventry City Football Club since September 2015. Prior to these roles, Ryan Penny held positions as a 1st Team Sport Science Intern and Academy Sport Science Intern at the same club from August 2014 to May 2015 and from July 2012 to May 2014, respectively. Ryan Penny holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Strength & Conditioning from Coventry University (2014-2015) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport & Exercise Science from the same institution (2011-2014).
