Chris Thurley FCIPD is an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in strategic people management and organizational development. Currently serving as People Director at Coventry University, Chris leads the Global People Partnering and strategic HR functions across various subsidiary companies. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Strategic People Partnering at Birmingham City Council, where Chris successfully implemented a revised HR operating model and developed organizational change strategies.
