Juho Harmaa is an experienced professional currently serving as the Interim Platform Owner of Customer Data at Yle since August 2023, while also being an Entrepreneur in Residence at Coventures and the Owner of Honey Badger Holdings Co. Ltd. Juho works as a freelance consultant at Toptal, specializing in Product Leadership, Data, Marketing, and Strategy. Previous roles include Product Management Consultant at Bell Rock Advisors, Product Director and Data Strategist at Avaus, and Chief Technology Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Lyyti, where Juho significantly contributed to product vision, strategy, and marketing operations. Early experiences include positions at KY-Dealing Oy, Creditius Oy, and the Association of Economics Students in Turku, with an educational background from the Turku School of Economics, culminating in a Master's Degree.

Coventures is a platform for impact entrepreneurship. We connect bright entrepreneurs with corporate assets and know-how to build meaningful ventures. We need corporates with assets and know-how to work together with entrepreneurs in creating truly meaningful digital ventures With our Co-venturing model, we help organizations to identify the strategically important whitespaces where digital ventures can play a key role. Then we validate the market risk and technical feasibility of the venture to build a solid business case. Finally, we build the venture as a stand-alone independent business. We, our partners, and our network of entrepreneurs provide all the know-how and expertise needed from developing and validating the idea, to building and scaling the venture.
