Paula Ylisassi

Paula Ylisassi is the CEO of Licence to Lead Oy, a digital age leaders on demand service. Paula is also a board member at Mobiilitukku.fi and Rajobit, where Paula serves as the Chair of the Board. In addition, Paula is a Co-Founder of Change Makers' Society and Muutosagentit podcast. Paula is the Entrepreneur In Residence at Coventures and Co-Founder of Future Proof Leadership. Paula previously served as the CEO of BeiZ Oy and is an advisor with a degree in M.Sc. Econ., Marketing from the University of Oulu. Throughout their career, Paula has focused on building future-proof leadership and companies through various roles and initiatives.
