Aaron Nester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and business development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Customer Engagement at Coveo since May 2012, Nester plays a pivotal role in enhancing digital experiences for leading brands by leveraging AI-driven solutions. Prior to Coveo, Nester held various positions at Aspect Software, including Director of Global Subscription Management and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities focused on optimizing contact center technologies and collaborating with senior IT and customer experience leaders.
