C.A. Tremblay

C.A. (Claude-Antoine) is the VP, Human Resources at Coveo. In his role, C.A. is focused on aligning business objectives with talent and building the best employee experience for the company’s global workforce.

Since joining the company in 2010 as the first HR employee, he has held multiple strategic positions in talent acquisition, management and people development, contributing to a tenfold increase in employee count. C.A. has been instrumental in shaping a thriving HR department and vibrant company culture.

C.A. holds a B.A. in Industrial Relations from Laval University. Residing in Quebec City, he is the proud father of two daughters, an avid runner and a terrible golfer.
