Grace Collins

Grace Collins is currently the Manager of Strategy and Business Value at Coveo, leading the Business Value Practice in the EMEA region since October 2023, after previously serving as a Senior Strategy and Business Value Consultant. At Coveo, Grace specializes in partnering with prospective clients to harness the advantages of AI-driven solutions, focusing on creating compelling business cases that demonstrate the potential value of implementations. Prior experience includes roles at Dell Technologies, where Grace managed the EMEA Sales Strategy & Planning Programme, and served as a project manager and analyst, facilitating executive engagement during the Covid-19 pandemic. Grace's background also includes mentoring students at Cardiff University while completing a BA in Ancient History, along with internships in marketing and various departments at Morgan Sindall Group plc and Dell Technologies.
