About the Role
As Associate Director of Product Marketing team, you will own developing and delivering insight, impact, and idea driven product marketing that will prove how Cover Genius can drive profitable growth for merchants, serve all their protection needs globally through one API, and deliver best in class customer experiences.
To succeed in this role, you will have 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including product and/or industry marketing experience.. You will be both creative and analytical, accustomed to driving measurable results, and innovating to provide CG prospects and customers with an amazing experience.
You will work to identify and drive growth opportunities for Cover Genius. Regular collaboration across all functional areas including but not limited to partnerships, partner services, solution design, technology, insurance services, integration, and legal will be key to helping you drive valuable business outcomes.
What will your day look like? You will...
- Build and lead a high performing industry marketing organization that drives recognized thought leadership, delivers an incredible prospect and customer experience, and attracts, develops, and inspires world-class marketing professionals.
- Develop, deliver and continuously improve industry marketing materials to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
- Work with the Strategic Partnerships and Partner Services to identify target markets, develop thought leadership and product marketing materials that will help drive partnership deals that deliver enduring value to the merchant partners.
- Develop strategic business plans outlining prospect targeting overall positioning, brand messaging and placement, performance metrics, and marketing CRM and data strategy.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and execution during all stages of the sales and marketing processes including brand and performance marketing, product design, sales roadmap and strategic discussions.
To help us level up, you'll ideally have:
- 10 or more years of Tech B2B marketing experience, including product and/or industry marketing.
- Proven track-record meeting and exceeding performance driven KPIs.
- Ability to pivot and change course as necessary to capitalize on market opportunities.
- A strong network of B2B marketing professionals is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of collaborating with internal/external stakeholders, leading discussions across multiple teams and driving solution based outcomes in a timely manner.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills necessary. Comfortable working financial targets and business KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable
