Charlotte Stijns

Charlotte Stijns currently serves as the QA Program Lead at Cover Genius, where responsibilities include leading the Quality Assurance team and enhancing Claims Handling and Customer Experience. Previously, Charlotte held various roles at Amazon, including Process Engineer and Project Manager, contributing to process improvement and strategic global projects within Customer Service, as well as managing the Localization Vendor Program. Additional experience includes work as a Localization Vendor Manager and Translation Specialist focused on the NL market. Early career roles encompassed Customer Support Specialist at bloomon and an internship in Sales & Events at Joods Cultureel Kwartier. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Literary Studies from Utrecht University, a Minor in Deutsche Sprache und Literatur from Universität Hamburg, and a Bachelor's degree in German Languages and Culture from Leiden University.
