Meghan S. serves as the Head of Global Organizational Effectiveness at Fortis Games since February 2022, focusing on developing practices and tools that support the company's vision of inclusivity. As the founder of Verandi Coaching, Meghan provides HR advisory, strategy, and leadership coaching services. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Kabbage, Inc., directing global HR initiatives, and at Google, where Meghan held multiple positions, including Strategy Enablement Lead and Organizational Development Practitioner, overseeing significant projects in employee experience and organizational development. Meghan holds a Master’s degree in Organization & Leadership from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Florida State University.
