Alp Eldem

Alp Eldem currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Cover-More Group, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Alp was the Head of Executive Office at AXA – Global Healthcare from June 2023 to July 2024. Previously, Alp worked at Accenture from November 2012 to January 2020 as a Strategy Manager in Insurance and a Strategy Consultant in Financial Services. Early career experiences include positions at Citi, Finansbank, Amcor Flexibles, and research roles at Duke University. Alp earned a B.S. in Economics and Psychology from Duke University, following education at Uskudar American Academy.
