Anu Rathod

Anu Rathod has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Anu is currently the VP of Cover-More People & Culture North America at Cover-More Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Beam Suntory, where they held various positions including Human Resources Director, Global Marketing from November 2021 to April 2023. Anu also served as Senior Human Resources Manager, International Marketing & HR, Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist during their time at Beam Suntory. Before joining Beam Suntory, Anu Rathod worked at Carlson Wagonlit Travel as a Human Resources Representative and Coordinator. Anu also worked as a Human Resources Administrator at ResMor Trust Company/Ally Canada and as a Human Resources Assistant at Merrill Lynch.

Anu Rathod completed their education at McMaster University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Economics. In 2018, they also obtained a certification in Coaching for Results from LinkedIn.
