Ges Lonsdale has a extensive work experience in the insurance industry. They are currently working at Cover-More Group as the Head of Partnerships and Head of B2B2C in Europe. Previously, they held various roles at AXA Travel Insurance, including Global Sales Director and Global New Business Manager. Prior to that, they worked at ACE European Group Limited as the Head of Sales for Travel in the EMEA region and also as a European Business Development Manager and Business Development Consultant.

Ges Lonsdale attended Durham University from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a 2:2 degree in English Language and Medieval Literature.
