Ross Xenos is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in managing cloud and infrastructure operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Manager of Cloud & Infrastructure at Cover-More Group, Ross oversees the design, security, and service delivery of the global cloud environment. Previous roles include Head of Delivery at TAS, and Head of Platforms & Cloud Operations at AC3, where Ross contributed significantly to secure multi-cloud solutions and compliance frameworks. With a proven track record in customer service enhancement and operational efficiency, key achievements include improving Net Promoter Scores at AMP and transforming service delivery models at multiple companies.
