Katie Knauf

Katie Knauf has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Katie currently holds the position of Senior Knowledge Content Specialist at Cover Whale, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were involved in marketing and communications at the same company since September 2021.

Before joining Cover Whale, Katie worked at PayPal as a Senior Content Designer from February 2011 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for creating and maintaining global content for various channels, including the PayPal Help Center and internal resources. Katie also collaborated with different teams to write support content for upcoming product launches.

Earlier in their career, Katie served as a Branch Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from September 2007 to January 2011. Katie'smain responsibilities included driving business growth, improving revenue, and managing the development of branch employees.

Prior to their role at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Katie worked at Wells Fargo as an Assistant Branch Manager. From October 2001 to September 2007, they played a critical role in ensuring compliance with banking regulations, coaching tellers, and setting sales and service goals.

Katie Knauf attended Scottsdale Community College from 2001 to 2004, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Katie obtained additional certifications in "Etiquette & Productivity" and "Slack Basics" from Slack in September 2022.
