Ken Steinitz

Ken Steinitz is currently the Operations Team & Chief of Staff at Cover Whale. Prior to that, they were with Prudential Financial from June 2003 to December 2020, where they were Deputy Chief of Staff- Individual Life Actuarial. In that role, they were responsible for maintaining expense policy, working closely with the Corporate Finance team on planning and forecasting yearly expenses for the entire department, overseeing the on-boarding and hiring of employees, supporting outside vendor contracts and tracking/forecasting spending, overseeing the department BC plan, Records Retention, privacy practice, and vendor on- boarding process, supporting the business with ad-hoc project management, presentations, and requests, coordinating and leading enterprise wide initiatives and projects that impact the department, assessing and improving process improvements and strategy when necessary and where applicable within the department, supporting communication process for the department, and supporting the departments budget and forecast process.

Ken Steinitz's educational career includes a Bachelor's in Finance from Seton Hall University, a Master's in Accounting from New Jersey City University, and a Certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
