Before their time at CH2M, Todd worked at Carrier Access Corporation as Sr. Manager Total Rewards, overseeing employee health and welfare programs and compensation program design. Todd also served as Sr. Manager of Optimum Rewards at TeleTech, where they designed and implemented incentive plans for sales and executive compensation.
Todd's career began at Frontrange Solutions Inc., where they held the position of Manager Compensation. In this role, they developed and implemented compensation processes and programs and managed HR systems.
