Maria Herz-Buth

Maria Herz-Buth is currently the Head of Human Capital at Cover Whale. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Payroll Consultant at Pipeline Supply and Service and a Process Improvement Consultant at Town Auto Group. Maria has also held the position of Human Resources Director at PSS Industrial Group and Business Development/Risk Manager at Marathon HR.

Maria Herz-Buth has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and a Human Resources Management and Services degree from UCLA. Maria also has an accounting degree from Loyola Marymount University. Maria is certified by SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
