Donna Morrow

Donna Morrow has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Donna currently holds the position of VP Provider Engagement and Clinical Quality Operations at Covera Health since March 2022. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Clinical Operations and Client Success at Noteworth from December 2020 to May 2022. Donna also served as the Senior Vice President of Client Success at optimize.health from November 2019 to December 2020.

Earlier in their career, Donna worked at Leidos, where they held multiple roles including Senior Client Engagement Operations Leader and Clinical Service Line Director. At Leidos, they were responsible for overseeing operations and managing customer engagement. At Houston Methodist, they served as the Physician Initiatives Implementation Leader, leading the implementation of an enterprise EMR for 1450 physicians across 750 physician offices. At Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, they worked as a Senior Clinical Analyst and Registered Nurse.

Donna has a strong background in clinical operations, client success, customer engagement, and healthcare technology implementation. Donna has consistently demonstrated strategic leadership and a commitment to delivering excellent healthcare solutions throughout their career.

Donna Morrow pursued an advanced operations degree with a focus on healthcare administration from the University of Texas between 2014 and 2025. Prior to that, they attended J Sargeant Reynolds Community College from 1993 to 1996, earning their ADN degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

In addition to their educational background, Donna has obtained certifications in Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in May 2015 and Athena EMR Certified from athenahealth in January 2015.
