Kellianne Buschinski (she/her)

Kellianne Buschinski has a diverse work experience with a focus on people operations and customer care management. Kellianne currently holds the position of Senior Director of People Operations at Covera Health since January 2022, where they previously served as the Director of People Operations from June 2018. Prior to that, Kellianne worked at Spreemo Health for several years. Kellianne held the role of Manager of People & Operations from May 2017 to June 2018, where they played a key role in establishing corporate values, implementing procedures for onboarding and offboarding, and overseeing the training and development of staff. Before that, they served as the Manager of Customer Care and Assistant Manager of Customer Care at Spreemo Health, where they managed teams and implemented structural changes to enhance customer service. Kellianne's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant to Transfer Counselor at Rutgers University, where they led orientation programs and provided counseling to transferring students. Kellianne also worked as an intern at United Way of America, where they provided benefits screening services and conducted research on the needs of low-income families. Overall, Kellianne brings a wealth of experience in people operations, customer care management, and counseling.

Kellianne Buschinski (she/her) pursued their education starting from 2009 to 2011 at Raritan Valley Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. Later, they attended Rutgers University from 2011 to 2013 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Kellianne further expanded their professional qualifications by obtaining a Notary Public certification from the National Notary Association in February 2022.
