Lea Halim's work experience begins in 2006 when they worked as a Research Associate at Yale University School of Medicine. Lea then transitioned to a Project Manager role at the Institute of Ecumenical Studies at the Ukrainian Catholic University in 2007. In this position, they were responsible for marketing and communications, as well as project management. Lea also gained experience teaching English critical reading and writing skills to university students.

In 2008, Lea became a Project Manager at the Cahn Fellows Program at Teachers College, Columbia University, where they worked until 2009. Lea then took on the role of Postgraduate Research Fellow at the Department of Immunobiology at Yale University from 2009 to 2010.

Following their research fellowship, Lea joined The Advisory Board Company in 2010 as a Senior Analyst. Over the years, they progressed to the roles of Consultant and eventually Senior Consultant, which they held until 2019.

In 2019, Lea joined Covera Health as the Director of Provider Partnerships, a role they held until 2020. Lea then transitioned to the position of Provider Partnerships Support, where they are currently employed.

Overall, Lea has gained extensive experience in research, project management, marketing, and communications, particularly within the healthcare industry.

Lea Halim obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Yale University between 2002 and 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy and Education at Columbia University from 2008 to 2010.
