Blake st John

Blake St John has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as a Team Leader at TeleDirect Communications. They implemented a formalized training process, conducted performance reviews, and improved customer satisfaction rates. They then moved on to become a Training Manager, where they developed effective training material and initiated operations improvements. In 2015, they became the Director of Training and Quality, overseeing quality assurance and training needs, empowering leaders, and coordinating departments to improve efficiency. In 2016, they joined Covered California as a Manager before being promoted to Content Management Section Chief in 2020.

Blake St John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from California State University, Chico, from 2002 to 2004. In addition, Blake has obtained the certifications of "Certified Knowledge Specialist - Business Taxonomy and Ontology" from KM Institute (KMI) in April 2023, and "KCS v6 Practices Certification" from The KCS Academy in July 2022.
