Ian Mearns

Ian Mearns is a seasoned technology and operations professional with extensive experience in management and engineering roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Voice Solutions at Covered California since June 2021, Ian previously held positions including Senior Systems Engineer for the State of California, Director of Sales at NWN Corporation, and Owner of teknologx. Ian's expertise extends to IT management with a tenure as IT Manager for Fresno Unified School District, overseeing technology support for a large network of users. Additional roles include Chief Operating Officer at CargoBay and Director of Central Valley Operations at California Municipal Technology. Ian Mearns holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
