Ellie Lancaster is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people management and culture development. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at CovertSwarm since April 2024, Ellie previously held the position of Head of People at Sero, where a comprehensive People Strategy and HR systems were established. With a foundational role as Manager of People Experience at Alert Logic, Ellie oversaw HR functions across multiple UK offices. Experience also includes strategic HR management at Crystal Group and support for HR projects at Nagra.
