Ricardo Folch

Ricardo Folch is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as Technical Director at CoverWallet, an Aon company, since January 2022, Ricardo leads a team of 20 and develops strategies to achieve business goals. Previously, as Engineering Manager at Creditas, Ricardo managed multiple teams and career paths for members, having begun as a Junior Engineering Manager. With a background in software development, Ricardo contributed to API development at Avantio and held various roles at NBN23 and K2A Soft, including Scrum Master and software developer. Ricardo's educational foundation includes a degree in Systems Information from Universitat Politècnica de València.
