Bob Eyler

Bob Eyler is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a diverse background in various industries, including chemical manufacturing and consulting. Currently serving as Principal Mechanical Engineer at Covestro since September 2017, Bob covers multiple critical areas including Chlor-Alkali and Utilities. Previous roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at Eyler Design Solutions, where Bob contributed to advanced designs and analyses for military and marine applications, and Principal Engineer at Siemens, where Bob led design upgrades and failure analysis for production drives. Additional experience includes project management roles in significant projects such as the Urea Handling Project at CDI Corporation, and foundational work in engineering at Bayer MaterialScience and Combined Vehicle Technologies. Bob holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
