Paula Rodrigues

Dr. Paula Rodrigues has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Dr. Paula started their career in 2001 as a Laboratory Manager at Bayer where they worked until 2002. In 2003, they joined Covestro and held several roles including Technology Scout Manager, Market Scout Manager, and Innovation & Marketing Project Manager. Dr. Paula then progressed to become a Senior Key-Account-Manager and later the Head of Cosmetics. In 2017, they became the Head of M&A Strategy at Business Unit Coatings Adhesives & Sealants and later the Strategy & Portfolio Development - M&A Strategy Covestro, Head of Venture Capital at Covestro. Currently, they are the Head of M&A Strategy at Covestro.

Dr. Paula Rodrigues pursued their education at The University of Freiburg from 1992 to 2001, where they obtained their degree of Dr. rer. nat, Dipl. Chem. in Chemistry.
