Ilias S. Kotsianis

Ilias S. Kotsianis has extensive experience in the chemical and materials industry, currently serving as the Director of Testing, Analytics & Physics for North America at Covestro since February 2014. Previously, Ilias held various leadership roles within Covestro, including Director of Regional Technical Services and Plant Manager of Aniline production. Prior experience includes positions at Bayer Technology Services, Celanese, and INVISTA, where Ilias focused on process engineering, production improvement, and technology development across multiple global sites. Ilias began a career in engineering with a strong academic background, holding a Professional Doctorate in Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
