Nils Schwiering

Nils Schwiering has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global HR Business Partner for CTO/CCO at Covestro since April 2018. Prior roles include HR Business Partner - Key Account and HR Business Partner at Airbus from May 2016 to April 2018, and various HR leadership positions at Bundeswehr from October 2012 to December 2015, such as Head of Global Mobility and Head of HR Inclusion. Nils began a career in human resources as a working student at Airbus and also completed training as a Tainee-German Armed Forces officer. Nils holds a degree in International Business with a focus in personnel management and labor law from the University of the German Federal Armed Forces, and a diploma as a Psychological Operational Officer from the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School.
