Patrique Willems

Patrique Willems is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate law and M&A, currently serving as an in-house lawyer and Counsel at Covestro since June 2018. With a strong background at Taylor Wessing Germany from July 2012 to June 2018 as a Senior Associate and Associate in the Corporate practice area, Patrique provided legal advice on national and international M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, while drafting essential legal documents. Prior to this, Patrique gained significant experience through various law clerk positions and as a research assistant, contributing to corporate law matters, antitrust assessments, and court proceedings. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Second State Examination in Law from the Regional Court of Kleve.
