Ravindra Kamath

Ravindra Kamath is an experienced chemical engineer with a robust background in process engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Venture/Investment Manager at Covestro since January 2016, Ravindra manages an investment portfolio for Polyurethanes manufacturing, overseeing project execution and resource optimization. Prior roles include Principal Continuous Improvement Engineer and Senior Process Engineer at Covestro, where Ravindra led continuous improvement initiatives and addressed process deviations. Previously, at Bayer, Ravindra held positions as Plant Asset Reliability Engineer and Process Engineer, focusing on risk-based inspections and process optimization. Ravindra's expertise is supported by a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
