Shane Jakubovic

Shane Jakubovic has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational initiatives and talent development. Currently serving as Head of HR Partners at Covestro since April 2014, Shane has led projects emphasizing STEM education and employee engagement. Previous roles at Covestro included HR Business Partner and project manager for organizational initiatives. Prior to Covestro, Shane worked at Bayer Business Services as an HR Services Site Liaison and Corporate Recruiter, and held positions as an HR Generalist and Senior Recruiter at TRG Customer Solutions and Eaton Corporation, respectively. Shane earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
