Kartik Iyer

Kartik Iyer has over 12 years of experience in HR, with their most recent role being the Head of Human Resources for Covestro India. In this position, they are responsible for driving the people strategy for the company, leading all HR activities in India, and ensuring alignment with corporate HR directives and policies. Prior to Covestro, Kartik worked for Solvay as the Zone Asia Talent Acquisition Specialist and Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement. Kartik Iyer also gained experience as an Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Unimark Remedies Ltd and as a Manager of HR at Piramal Healthcare Ltd. Kartik's earlier experience includes roles at Kodak India Pvt Ltd, Naman Integrated Management Services Pvt. Ltd., and HyperCITY Retail (India) Ltd. Overall, Kartik has demonstrated expertise in HR leadership, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic HR management.

Kartik Iyer completed their education history with a PGDBM degree in HR from Technology And Management Jobs during the period of 2005-2007. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 2003 to 2005.

In addition to their educational background, Kartik Iyer has also obtained several certifications. Kartik Iyer obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification from HRCI in September 2020. Earlier, in September 2018, they completed the Cardinal Leadership Program from Jombay. Most recently, in March 2022, they completed the "Driving Inclusion with Empathy" certification from LinkedIn.
